Cancellation Policy: We require more than 2 days (48 hours) notice to cancel or amend treatment bookings. We are unable to refund pre-payments however, we can transfer your booking to a future date, if satisfactory notice is given. Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in full charge of the treatment cost.
